We engaged Space Sense Design for our renovation, and overall, it was a positive experience. Priscilla and Heng were amazing — they provided sound advice and practical suggestions throughout the project. They have an awesome team and especially Mo, who was very helpful and hands-on when it came to the electrical setup, which made things a lot smoother.Christine was also really helpful whenever we needed assistance, and her responsiveness was very reassuring during the more stressful moments of the renovation.Design-wise, we were happy and love the outcome — both the aesthetics and the quality of workmanship were high. Materials used and overall finish were definitely of good quality. We have had nothing but great comments on how our home reno turned out.That said, we felt that there could have been a bit more input or creativity in terms of interior design advice, especially for homeowners looking for more conceptual guidance. But if you already have a general idea of what you want, they’re great at executing it well.Would definitely recommend them to family & friends looking for a reliable and professional ID contractor.

We engaged Priscilla (Offgrid) and had the pleasure of working alongside with Christine (Spacesense) to complete our first home renovation.As first time homeowners, we were pretty lost, and we're grateful to have Priscilla’s and Christine’s teams onboard this journey with us!Through our conversations, we know we are in good hands as they took time to understand our needs, shared their expertises, proposed ideas without compromising on aesthetics.The scope of work was massive, as it involved overhualing the entire 5RM unit, which was completed with a short span of 2 months! The team constantly updated us on their progress via Whatsapp with images! In addition, they also highlighted what works were to be completed next for us to anticipate what was required on our end.This gave us confidence in their work and delivery, and we need not have to worry about timelines! We scrapped our initial idea of visiting the site weekly and went by occassionally when decisions were needed to be made onsite. We even went for holidays during the period of renovation, that's the amount of trust that they imparted in us!Despite the short turnaround time, craftsmanship and quality was not compromised. It was impeccable. The team upholds a very high and strict standard of the work they produced. On an occasion, we happened to be onsite and spotted some misalignment of the carpentry that we would have liked to highlight prior to handover. However, on handover day, these issues were already rectified before we even brought it up! Cost of renovation and Variation Orders (VOs) were competitively priced, without the extremely high mark-up that we feared.We truly enjoyed the renovation process with both teams, contrary to a "stressful" period that many have experienced. We are incredibly grateful for Priscilla’s and Christine’s team of workers, their experise, professionalism, meticulousness and trustworthiness.We'll surely recommended them to our family and friends, and to anyone else who're looking for a stress-free renovation! Thank you, Priscilla and Christine for yours and your team’s hard, and heart work!

Christine and team did a fantastic makeover for my current small apartment! They made it so spacious and cozy now! Carpentry work is superb! Christine did an amazing job with our home makeover! She and her team paid close attention to every detail, making our space look fantastic. Even when things got tricky, they handled it well, keeping everything smooth. From new fixtures to nice colors, everything they picked made our place look great. They finished on time and always kept us in the loop. Thanks to Christine, our home not only works better but also looks super cool now. I highly recommend Christine for any home renovations – she's awesome!
